one ..., the other ... 為常用句型，意為“一個……，另一個……”，往往在介紹兩者時使用。
eg: I have two sisters. One is six, the other is nine.
我有兩個妹妹。一個六歲，一個九歲。
字詞辨析：other, the other , others, another 與 the others
other 泛指“另外的”，常與可數名詞或不可數名詞連用。

others泛指“別的人或物”，相當於：other+複數名詞。
Some students are in the classroom, others are outside on the playground.
有些學生在教室,其他的在操場.
The other+單數可數名詞指「兩個其中的一個」,常用於 one… the other…」結構.
eg: The old man has two sons. One is a doctor, the other is a teacher.
這位老人有兩個兒子，一個是醫生，一個是老師。
The others表示所有人或物，相當於「the other+複數名詞。
eg: The girl is more beautiful than the others。
這個女孩比其他女孩都漂亮。
another 指的是三個或三個以上的人或同類中的另一個，只能和單數名詞連用。
eg: This dress is too small，please give me another one.
這條裙子太小了，請給我另一條。
This book is not interesting，please show me another。
這本書沒趣，請給我看另一本。

the pleasure of doing sth. 做某事的樂趣
talk to sb. 跟某人交談
eg: We have the pleasure of studying English.
Li Ming likes to talk to others.
3.I hate to lose.
lose動詞，“輸，失敗”，可用做及物動詞或不及物動詞。也常用來表示「丟失；迷失」。
eg：They lost the game.他們輸了那場比賽。
He lost his dog last month.他上個月丟了他狗。
He lost his way in the forest.他在森林裡迷了路。
