ever表示「曾經」。是現在完成式的標誌。通常用於一般疑問句。

“have/has sb. ever + 過去分詞”，用於詢問某人過去的經歷。

e.g. —Have you ever been to Paris?

—No, never. / Yes, I have.

—你去過巴黎嗎？ — 沒有/ 去過。

現在完成式

以上句子的謂語有一個共同的特點，就是由「have/ has+動詞過去分詞」構成，我們把這種時態稱為「現在完成式」 。現在完成式表示在以前某個時間已經發生的行為或曾經做過的事情對目前有某種影響，例如：

Betty has been to the park before. (強調不只去過公園，也了解公園的狀況）

現在完成時謂語結構：

have/have not (haven’t)+ 動詞的過去分詞

現在完成式第三人稱單數形式謂語結構：

has/has not (hasn’t)+ 動詞的過去分詞

規則動詞過去分詞的構成規則與規則動詞過去式的構成規則相同。

1. 動詞一般在字尾加上「-ed」。

e.g. work → worked → worked

2. 以「e」結尾的動詞，字尾加上「-d」。

e.g. live → lived → lived

3. 以“子音字母+ y”結尾的動詞，將“y”變成“i”，再加“-ed”。

e.g. study → studied → studied

cry →cried → cried

4. 以重音閉音節結尾，最後只有一個子音字母，先雙寫該子音字母，再加「-ed」。

e.g. stop → stopped → stopped

drop → dropped → dropped
