there be結構的一般疑問句是把be提前。

例如：

There is a computer on the desk.(變一般疑問句）

there be結構的特殊疑問句是在一般疑問句的前面加一個特殊疑問詞。

例如：

There are six buildings in our school.(劃線提問）

How many buildings are there in your school?
