What is the meaning of direct proportional relationship?
Two related quantities, if one quantity changes, the other quantity will also change. If the ratio of the two corresponding numbers in the two quantities is constant, the two quantities are called directly proportional quantities. We say that the number of pages read per day and the number of days required are inversely proportional to each other.
