"The Story of "Bei"" PPT (first lesson)
Part One: Exciting Introduction
Children, do you recognize the following words?
Let’s go into the text and experience the fun and magic of Chinese characters!
The origin of Oracle
Oracle bone inscriptions are a cultural product of the Shang Dynasty (about 17th century BC - 11th century BC), with a history of more than 3,600 years. The rulers of the Shang Dynasty were superstitious about ghosts and gods. In the past, they often used tortoise shells and animal bones to predict good and bad luck. Later, they would also engrave on the oracle bones the matters they divined and the inscriptions or related records that would come true later. The writing was called oracle bone inscriptions. It has been exactly 100 years since the discovery of oracle bones with writing on them at the Yin Ruins in Anyang, Henan in the late Qing Dynasty. Currently, more than 150,000 pieces of oracle bones have been unearthed, most of which are relics of the royal family from Pan Geng's move to Yin to the death of Zhou. Since it came out to the Yin Ruins, it is also called the Yin Xu script; because most of the inscriptions are divination inscriptions, it is also called the Zhen divination script. There are currently 4,500 single characters unearthed in oracle bone inscriptions, of which more than 2,000 characters have been recognized and more than a thousand are recognized. It records the political, economic, cultural and other aspects of Chinese society more than 3,000 years ago. It is the earliest and most precious historical relic in existence.

1. Read the text freely;
2. Read to each other at the same table;
3. Read and comment in the group.
The word "shell" in the oracle bone inscriptions depicts the two open shells of a shell.
Re-reading "Two Shells Open" reveals the curiosity and inquiring spirit about "shells".
Moreover, shells can be carried around and are not easily damaged, so the ancients also used shells as coins. Therefore, words with "贝" as the radical are mostly related to money, such as "earn, lose, buy, be poor, goods".
Pay attention to the difference between pauses and commas. The pause time of a pause is slightly shorter than that of a comma.
