Euglena is a cell, why can it live independently?

Euglena is also a cell. It has the same basic structure as human cells - cytoplasm, nucleus, and cell membrane, but it also has different characteristics from human cells in structure and function.

There are no chloroplasts in the body and cannot produce organic matter. It feeds on bacteria and tiny phytoplankton. 2 Breathing and excretion

Stress: Paramecium has the ability to move towards favorable stimuli and avoid harmful stimuli. We call this characteristic of it stress.
