Description
"Sifting and Integrating News Information" Core Competencies Research PPT
The first part of the content: sorting out the text test points
Sorting angle: filtering information
Information screening refers to finding information from complicated language materials, extracting main information, and filtering out secondary information.
1. Overall perception and capturing basic information.
When reading the full text, use different symbols to mark the basic information and difficult-to-understand parts of the text, and then combine the context, carefully figure it out, and grasp the basic content.
After reading through, you can initially grasp the idea of the article, summarize the basic viewpoints of the news, especially the subject content of the news, and understand when, where, why, what event occurred, who related to whom, and what the result was.
2. Review the meaning of the question clearly and lock in the information range.
After reading the full text, read the text to the question, analyze the question stem, clarify the requirements of the question, find the area and text corresponding to the question and the original text, that is, determine the information source, and accurately capture the important information needed. Generally speaking, some information may have only one information source in the text, and some information text may have multiple information sources. No matter how many information sources there are, you must "circle" them when reading for screening purposes.
Due to the uniqueness of news text, its main information sources are generally located in titles, introductions, and interspersed background introductions. By grasping these key paragraphs or words, you can find the required information and prepare for screening.
3. Pick the gold from the sand and filter out important information.
After finding the information interval that meets the requirements, the next step is "screening", which is a key step.
Two ways to filter information:
(1) Understanding screening: distinguish information in information sources and distinguish important information, secondary information and redundant information. On this basis, according to certain standards, we can eliminate the rough and select the essential, discard the minor and retain the important, and screen out important information.
Judgment criteria for different information:
Important information → Sentences that carry important information about the entire text. Such as news titles, introductions, background introductions, etc.
Secondary information → A sentence that carries secondary information and occupies a secondary position. Such as explanation, explanation, narrative supplement, etc.
Redundant information → After deletion, it will not affect the expression of information content, some sentences carrying redundant information.
(2) Retrieval screening: quickly select relevant language materials according to certain requirements. This screening is related to reading speed and reading attention. When answering questions, you can read the text over and over.
Sorting angle: Integrating information
Integrating information refers to classifying, recombining, roughly summarizing, seeking common ground while reserving differences, and integrating effective information based on the conditions proposed by the test questions.
Screening and integrating news information PPT, part 2: Research on college entrance examination literacy
【Study on Examples】
(2018·National Volume I) Read the following text and complete questions 1 to 3. (12 points)
Material 1: Recently, the Chinese Academy of Sciences held a press conference in Beijing to announce that the "Mozi" quantum science experimental satellite has successfully achieved all established scientific goals ahead of schedule, laying a solid foundation for my country to continue to lead the world in quantum communication research in the future.
Communication security is a basic need for national information security and human economic and social life. For thousands of years, people's pursuit of communication security has never stopped. However, traditional encryption technology based on computational complexity has the possibility of being deciphered in principle. With the continuous improvement of mathematics and computing power, the possibility of deciphering classic codes is increasing day by day. Professor Pan Jianwei of the University of Science and Technology of China said: "This problem can be solved through quantum communication. Combining quantum physics with information technology and using quantum control technology to encode, store, transmit and manipulate information in a revolutionary way, thereby It breaks through the bottlenecks of classic information technology in terms of ensuring information security, improving computing speed, and improving measurement accuracy."
The main research contents of quantum communication include quantum key distribution and quantum teleportation. Quantum key distribution enables users in two remote places to share an unconditionally secure key through the transmission of quantum states, and use the key to strictly encrypt information with one pad. This is the only unconditionally secure communication method known to mankind that cannot be eavesdropped or deciphered. Another important part of quantum communication, quantum teleportation, uses the characteristics of quantum entanglement to accurately transmit the unknown quantum state of matter to a remote location without transmitting the matter itself. Information transmission is achieved through teleportation.

Screening and integrating news information PPT, the third part: [Reading Demonstration]
1. Language construction and application-methods to filter information: speed-read the material as a whole, clarify the genre and general content, and filter relevant information.
2. Thinking development and improvement-methods to integrate important information: extract key phrases and integrate information.
Summarize the key points of each natural paragraph of each material.
Material 1: ① Paragraph 1: The "Mozi" quantum science experimental satellite achieved all established scientific goals ahead of schedule and successfully, laying a solid foundation for my country to continue to lead the world in quantum communication research in the future.
②Second paragraph: Quantum communication combines quantum physics with information technology and uses quantum control technology to encode, store, transmit and manipulate information, which can solve the problem of classical codes being deciphered.
③The third paragraph: Introducing the main research content of quantum communication: quantum key distribution and quantum teleportation.
Material two:
① First paragraph: Pan Jianwei’s team has taken the lead in the development of quantum Internet. Currently, it plans to launch a second satellite and is also conducting a space quantum experiment on China’s Tiangong-2 space station.
②Second paragraph: Pan Jianwei’s grand plan will be supported by the Chinese government.
Material three:
① First paragraph: China is the fourth large-scale experimental facility "China Spallation Neutron Source" after the United States, Britain, and Japan. Japanese scientists believe that the center of Asia is gradually shifting to China.
②Second paragraph: Pan Jianwei’s quantum communication research team has successively released a number of world-first experimental results since 2017.
③Paragraph 3: In the field of basic science, such as using artificial satellites to conduct experiments, it costs huge amounts of money. Europe and Japan are still hesitant, but China is stepping into areas that are difficult for other countries to enter, leading the world.
Screen and integrate news information PPT, the fourth part: [Real Exam Practice]
★1. Which of the following understandings of the relevant content of the material is incorrect (3 points) (Thinking development: the ability to filter and integrate information in the text) ()
A. Quantum communication combines quantum physics with information technology and uses quantum control technology to encode, store, transmit and manipulate information, which can effectively solve the problem of classical codes being deciphered.
B. Pan Jianwei's research team is conducting space quantum experiments on the Tiangong-2 space station and plans to launch the second satellite after "Mozi". He is confident that more results will be achieved in the next five years.
C. China has become the fourth country to have spallation neutron source facilities after the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan. Some Japanese scientists have a sense of crisis and believe that the center of Asia is gradually shifting to China.
D. In the field of basic scientific research, such as using artificial satellites to carry out scientific experiments, huge amounts of money are required. Europe and Japan are still hesitant and have not yet entered these fields.
[Analysis] Choose D. This question tests the ability to understand the meaning of important concepts in the text, and to filter and integrate the information in the text. "Therefore it has not yet set foot in these fields" is wrong. The relevant statement in the original text is "In the field of basic science, China is stepping into areas that are difficult for other countries to set foot in, leading the world." "It is difficult to set foot in" does not mean "it has not yet set foot in".
★2. In the following summary and analysis of the relevant content of the material, which one is incorrect (3 points) (Thinking development: the ability to filter and integrate information in the text) ()
A. Using the "Mozi" scientific experimental satellite to study quantum key distribution and quantum teleportation quantum communication technology is of great significance to national information security and human economic and social life.
B. Quantum key distribution is through the transmission of quantum states, allowing both parties to share an unconditionally secure quantum key, and strictly encrypt information with one-time encryption, thereby ensuring the absolute security of information transmission.
C. Considering that people’s pursuit of communication security has never stopped for thousands of years, the market potential is huge, and both China and Europe have invested huge amounts of money. The primary purpose is to seize as much market share as possible.
D. In Materials 2 and 3, foreign media reported on my country’s research on quantum communication technology, believing that China is a world leader in both investment intensity and research level.
[Analysis] Choose C. This question tests the ability to select and integrate information in a text and evaluate the main ideas of the text. "The primary purpose is to seize as much market share as possible" is wrong. The original text has no relevant statement and is made out of nothing.
