What is "word"?

Words refer to words and expressions.

What is "meaning"?

It means the intention and ideological content.

How to use "words" and "meaning" to revise in writing?

If the words do not convey the meaning, the sentences are incoherent, the layout is unreasonable, etc., it must be revised from the "words"; if the content is superficial, the views are far-fetched, and the materials are thin, the revisions must be focused on the "meaning". When revising an article, you must first focus on the entire article to see whether the article's intention is correct, whether the viewpoint is clear, whether the content is substantial and innovative, and adjustments should be made based on the problems discovered. Only when the meaning is accurate and appropriate can the modification of words be based and effective.

The further requirement is to change "right". It is necessary to combine the modification of words with the modification of words, supplement the content, process and polish it, so that the content of the article is more substantial and the language is more literary. How to modify the "word"?

The modification of "words" includes two levels.

The basic requirement is to change "right". Wrong words and punctuation, incorrect sentences, etc. need to be corrected in meaning without leaving any flaws. On this basis, we need to further refine the wording to make it accurate and appropriate, and refine the sentences to make them smooth and coherent. You might as well read the article aloud, you can read it to yourself, or you can ask someone else to read it or read it to someone else. Generally speaking, it is a good article if it is easy for people to read, but if it is not, it needs to be revised. This method is particularly effective in checking for missing words, word extensions, and illogical sentences.
