"Urge" means to urge, force, and spur, not allowing you to slack off.
2. Answer: "Squatting" is an anthropomorphic technique, which reflects a kind and active attitude. Talking about cigarettes, Tingzi squatted on the desk far away, which made people feel that even cigarettes were humane, taking care of the owner who was suffering from the disease. If it were changed to "put", this feeling would disappear.
3. Answer: "Stand" and "stop" are both personifications, friendly and active, just like writing brushes and slippers are spiritual and humane. I have followed my master for many years, accompanying him and serving him day after day in the literary world, and I am familiar with it. It's the master's rule. Now that the master has finished his work and rested, they will quietly wait by his side. This is a very touching picture. If you change it to "insert" and "release", this flavor will be completely lost.
