Silent Army is a famous film playwright and former film screenwriter in the creative room of the General Political and Cultural Department of the People's Liberation Army. In 1957, Silent Lord was labeled as a "rightist" and sent to the Beidahuang Military Reclamation Farm for labor reform. Synopsis

In 1939, the Japanese army launched a frenzied campaign against the anti-Japanese forces in Northeast China in an attempt to control the entire Northeast region and penetrate into the Central Plains. In the Longtan area, which is located in the traffic hub of Northeast China, the underground party represented by railway worker Li Yuhe carried out a series of flexible and arduous struggles to contain the Japanese army and cooperate with the war of resistance under the tragic white terror. Li Yuhe, Grandma Li, Li Tiemei's three generations with different surnames were inspired by their common revolutionary beliefs to interpret the deep love born from living under the same roof.

Relying on his many years of intelligence experience, Japanese Gendarmerie Captain Hatoyama led his troops to destroy the radio station of the Beishan guerrillas, and even attempted to carry out a thorough attack on the underground party organizations in the Longtan area.
