Battery → Back cover wiring → Brush → Commutator → Coil → Commutator → Brush → Back cover wiring → Battery
working principle
The purpose of the commutator is to switch on the current and change the direction of the current.
During the rotation of the small motor, the brushes contact the three metal rings of the commutator in sequence, and the direction of the current passing through the rotor coil will automatically change.
The rotation of the small motor is the result of the work of various parts. How are these three parts put together?
The rotation of the rotor must be related to the action of force. How do magnets and electromagnets interact?
1. Install the bracket and circuit.
Place two rubber bands on the inverted cup.
Insert a wire bracket into the rubber ring and install it on the cup.
Wrap the two wires together with tape, separate the ends of one end into a "V" shape, and insert a rubber band into the other end to secure it.
Connect the wires to the battery and switch.
2. Place the rotor
