1. How to express the strength of current

Current: A physical quantity that represents the strength of an electric current.

Electric current is usually represented by the letter I.

Units of current: Amperes, milliamps, microamps

Rules for using ammeter

1. Before use, check whether the pointer points to zero. If not, use a screwdriver to turn the zero-adjustment screw on the dial to adjust the pointer to the zero position.

2. Make the current flow into the ammeter from the positive terminal of the ammeter, and then flow out from the negative terminal.

3. The measured current should enter through the "+" terminal of the ammeter and flow out from the "-" terminal.

4. To measure the current in a certain part of the circuit, the ammeter must be connected in series in this part of the circuit.

Summary of using ammeter:

1. Zero adjustment.

2. "Ten" enters and "One" exits

3. The ammeter should be connected in series in the circuit.

4. Select the range of the ammeter by trial touch method.

5. It is absolutely not allowed to connect the ammeter directly to the two poles of the power supply.
