Experimental steps

1. Put half a cup of crushed ice cubes into the beaker;

2. Place the beaker on the asbestos net as shown in the picture, record the temperature of the crushed ice at this time, and fill in the temperature column with time "0";

3. Heat slowly with an alcohol lamp. Record the temperature every 1 minute and fill it in the table. During the heating process, stir with a glass rod from time to time to make the temperature of the ice and water in the beaker uniform.

After all the ice melts into water, continue heating until the water temperature rises to about 10°C;
