Appreciate sentence segments and taste the meaning of sentences
1. The stone waves are silent, but the carved soldiers are always there. This ruin, which has suffered great shame and humiliation, is just parked leisurely and nonchalantly.
The anthropomorphic technique expresses these never-changing ruins, making people feel that history seems to have stopped and solidified here. It contains the author's desire for renewal and change.
2. There was a noise of crows in the air, and when I looked up I saw thousands of jackdaws, carrying the setting sun, passing through the dead trees, and disappearing into the pink western sky in the blink of an eye.
The contrast between the noisy crows in the sky and the tranquility of the ruins not only depicts a realistic scene, but also draws people's attention from the ground to the sky with the beautiful sunset. It expresses the author's longing and longing for the myriad things that change has brought to the country and nation.
3. (Natural paragraph 14) I walked in a meandering way and arrived at the water's edge. The water has turned into ice. The ice seeds revealed the branches and stems, and the dead stems were glowing with lotus splendor. ...reminds me of the coolness of the moonlight.
The bright red sunset in the distance and the hazy mountain scenery like wine form a strong contrast in tone with the dead trees and lotuses and broken ice nearby. The sunset is beautiful and delicate, which highlights the desolate and coldness of the ruins. This is not only a realistic and objective description, it not only conveys the author's urgent emotion to change the current situation, but also expresses her hope and vision for the future.
