"Bu Shuzi Sends Bao Haoran to East Zhejiang" Ancient Poetry Recitation PPT
Part One: Introduction before class
What poems do you know about farewell?
"Gift to Wang Lun"
Tang Li Bai
Li Bai was about to set off in a boat when he suddenly heard people singing on the shore.
The water in Peach Blossom Pond is a thousand feet deep, and it is not as deep as Wang Lun's love for me.
"Farewell to Meng Haoran in Guangling"
Tang Li Bai
The old friend left the Yellow Crane Tower in the west, and the fireworks descended from Yangzhou in March.
The shadow of the lone sail in the distance is gone in the blue sky, and only the Yangtze River can be seen flowing in the sky.
"Farewell to Dongda"
Tang Gaoshi
Thousands of miles of yellow clouds and white sun, and the north wind blows the geese and snow.
Don't worry, there will be no friends in the future. No one in the world will know you.

About the Author
Wang Guan (1035-1100), whose courtesy name was Tongsou, was from Rugao (now part of Jiangsu). He was a Jinshi during the reign of Emperor Renzong of Song Dynasty. He successively held the posts of Dali Temple Prime Minister and Jiangdu County Magistrate. His lyrics are novel in conception, clever in language, and unconventional. They are called the second view of Qin in Gaoyou. His representative works include "Businessman", "Linjiang Immortal", "High Balcony", etc.
writing background
In late spring, the poet was in the Governor's Mansion of Yuezhou to bid farewell to his friend Bao Haoran, who was about to return to his hometown (eastern Zhejiang). Although my home is in Rugao and I can't return home, and I can't bear the worry of traveling abroad, I still sincerely wish my friends the best and hope that they can live together in the spring.

Bu Suanzi sends Bao Haoran to eastern Zhejiang
The water is like the waves in your eyes, and the mountains are like the gathering of eyebrows and peaks. I would like to ask pedestrians where to go? The brows and eyes are full of beauty.
Only then did I send spring back, and then sent you back. If you go to the south of the Yangtze River to catch spring, you will live with it.

Bu Suanzi sent Bao Haoran's PPT on Eastern Zhejiang, the fourth part: detailed explanation of ancient poems
The water is like the waves in your eyes, and the mountains are like the gathering of eyebrows and peaks.
Sentence analysis: These two sentences use metaphors to praise the beauty of the landscape by using the woman's eyebrows.
I would like to ask pedestrians where to go? The brows and eyes are full of beauty.
Sentence analysis: These two sentences use questions to point out where pedestrians want to go.
"The place where the eyebrows are full" continues the previous sentence and refers to the clear and beautiful mountains and rivers in the south of the Yangtze River.
Only then did I send spring back, and then sent you back.
Sentence analysis: These two sentences express my feelings of separation: I have just bid farewell to the beautiful spring, and I am already very melancholy. Today I have to bid farewell to my good friend, which adds to the melancholy.
If you go to the south of the Yangtze River to catch spring, you will live with it.
Sentence analysis: These two sentences are another whim, telling friends that if they can catch the spring scenery in the south of the Yangtze River, they must live together in the spring scenery. They are full of feelings of cherishing spring and conveying blessings to friends.
Poetic meaning: The river is as clear as a beautiful woman's eyes, and the mountains are like a beautiful woman's slightly frowning eyebrows. I want to ask my friend where to go? I want to go to the beautiful south of the Yangtze River where mountains and rivers meet. (I) just sent away spring, and now I want to send you back again. If you can still catch up with spring when you go to Jiangnan, you must keep the spring scenery.
Appreciation: In the last sentence of this farewell poem, the poet compares the beautiful landscapes of Jiangnan to a woman’s eyes and eyebrows, which is very humane and also implies that the friend is about to return home to reunite with his family. At the bottom of the poem, the poet uses two characters for "send" and two characters for "return", cleverly linking the seasons with people, indicating that friends return together with the beauty of spring, and finally expresses the poet's best wishes for his friends.
Bu Suanzi sent Bao Haoran's PPT of East Zhejiang, the fifth part: Insights on the theme
This poem describes the poet's farewell to his friend Bao Haoran and his return home. The poet cleverly connects people and scenery. The clear and beautiful scenery of the Jiangnan landscape is like a woman's beautiful eyebrows and eye movements, and her eyebrows are affectionate. It not only expresses the poet's reluctance to leave her friends, but also expresses the poet's best wishes for the reunion of friends and family. .
