Cen Shen (approximately 715-770), a native of Jiangling, Hubei Province, was a famous poet of the frontier poetry school in the Tang Dynasty. Tianbao Jinshi once followed Gao Xianzhi to Anxi and Wuwei, and later traveled between Beiting and Luntai. In his later years, he became the governor of Jiazhou. It is known as Cenjiazhou in the world. Since he has been in the army for many years and has a profound experience of frontier life, he is good at describing the scenery and war scenes in the fortress. His poems are bold, colorful and diverse in style. He is as famous as Gao Shi and is also known as "Gao Cen". There is "Cen Jiazhou Collection".
