Conversion of superlative/comparative/similar comparison:

= Shanghai is bigger than any other city in China.

= No city is as big as Shanghai in China.

2). He is the tallest boy in the class.

= He is taller than any other boy in the class.

=No boy is as tall as he is in the class.
