Description
"Layout Planning" PPT download
Part One: Learning Objectives
1. Understand the concept of layout planning and clear layout planning.
2. Learn to use the methods and techniques of layout and article planning, and plan the structure of the article reasonably;
3. Master several writing methods and flexibly apply them to writing practice.
Layout planning PPT, the second part of the content: introduction of new lessons
To build a tall building, what should be the first step? What did the workers build according to? Drawings, that is, design drawings. The same goes for composition, you need to pay attention to the layout of the article.
Layout plan PPT, the third part: Layout plan and its function
Planning the article layout is to make an overall plan for the organization and structural arrangement of the materials after reviewing the topic conception and selecting materials.
The advantage of planning the article layout is to make the structure of the article written in an orderly manner, with a clear context and rules to follow.
Layout and Planning PPT, Part 4: General Methods of Laying out and Planning
(1) String dots
The so-called "stringing dots" means to select a few representative "dots" and then develop on that "dot". Through the pieces connected by several "dots", a complete article is formed. There are many ways to use the "string of points" method, such as the most common "diary style" and some short and concise scenes composed in the form of "mini-scripts", which are both good methods. When taking this approach, two issues should be noted:
1. Select the number of points. Generally, three is appropriate, less will be monotonous, and more will be cumbersome. The three "points" not only conform to people's reading, appreciation, and aesthetic habits, but also make it easier to express the content clearly.
2. The connection and representativeness between points. Although it is easier to operate by selecting "points" to write, it should be noted that the points are not unrelated to each other, but should be an organic whole. At the same time, the selected "point" should represent a "face".
Example
1. Daudet's "The Last Lesson" mainly uses three points: before class, during class, and after class, showing the emergence of little Francis from ignorance to strong patriotic thoughts. The examples at these points are all designed to show their patriotism on this theme.
2. Zou Taofen's "My Mother" selected four points: Lantern Festival night patrol, storytelling, endorsement, and shoe making, which showed the author's mother's character traits from different angles.
(2) Rise up
The so-called "rising" refers to the expression technique of "rising" in classical poetry, "preface other things to cause the things being said". Specifically speaking, before explaining the truth, first say one thing, and then expand on it, so as to thoroughly explain the relevant truth.
What needs to be emphasized is that the story mentioned in the front must be able to create excitement, and the extended content at the end must be intrinsically connected with the previous content and cannot be separated from each other. In addition, you must be able to "reach from here to there", make a big fuss about "there", and write it as a key point.
(3) Questioning
The so-called questioning is to ask more why. This is particularly useful in reasoning essays. Set questions around "why", "what" and "how" to develop discussion ideas. In addition, you can ask questions on the positive side and negative side. Ask a few more questions about why, and your ideas will broaden. For example, for the question "Talk about 'opportunity'", we can "ask" it like this:
1. What are the opportunities?
2. Are there any people or things at home and abroad who have seized opportunities and achieved success?
3. Is opportunity the only factor in success?
4. Why seize the opportunity?
5. What will happen if you fail to seize the opportunity?
6. How can we seize opportunities? (That is, what qualities do you need to possess?)
(4) Material arrangement
Put the secondary ones in the front and the important ones in the back; sketch the secondary materials with less pen and ink, and write the main materials in detail with more pen and ink.
Arrange materials sequentially according to chronological order, location transfer, and emotional changes. The plot is full of ups and downs.
(5) Transition and response
There should be transitional words, transitional sentences or transitional paragraphs between paragraphs, especially when changing material content, to maintain the coherence of the article's language. Pay attention to the mutual reference between the beginning and the end to show the completeness of the article structure.
Layout and planning PPT, part 5: Principles of layout and planning
(1) A good article must have a well-proportioned and steady structure as well as a coherent style. This requires attention to transition and response. "How about going somewhere else?" ("Mr. Fujino") is the transition when the scene changes.
(2) The layout of the article should be closely related to the theme and connect all parts of the article into one to enhance the expressiveness of the article. For example, Chekhov's "Chameleon" unfolds symmetrically around the absurd "presumption of responsibility" of "Whose dog is it? Whose fault is it?" The structure is compact and the contrast is sharp, depicting the protagonist's "fickle" ugly face. It is vivid and has a strong satirical effect.
(3) The beginning and end also need to be paid attention to when planning the article. The beginning of the article can be straight to the point and get to the point; it can also be winding and fascinating. There are many ways to write the ending. The common point is that "the ending is where the article is finished, but the most taboo thing about the ending is that it is really finished" (Ye Shengtao said). Try to have a lingering rhyme and aftertaste.
Layout and planning PPT, part 6: beginning, transition, and ending layout planning skills
Straight to the point:
Advantages: Get to the point at the beginning to avoid straying off topic. From a reading perspective, it is also convenient for readers to grasp the main idea of the article in a timely manner and get its essentials.
If you want to promote, suppress first:
Characteristics: suppression is the means, promotion is the purpose. The contrast between circumference and uplift enables the object of expression to be fully affirmed at a higher level and brings new meaning to the article.
Transition method:
Where do I need to use transitions?
The turning point of the article content
The transition point of time, space and scene
The beginning and end of flashbacks and interludes
The connection point between total score and total score
Changes in language expression
Common transition methods:
1. Transition in the form of questions:
For example: in Liang Qichao's "Dedication and Joy of Industry" "How can we achieve perfection in a kind of work? The only secret is loyalty, and what loyalty emits psychologically is respect."
2. Use words to connect transitions:
For example, the first paragraph of Zhu Kezhen's "The Language of Nature" uses related words such as "sequence", "again", "soon", "then", "arrived", etc. to express the order of sequence to connect the seasonal changes throughout the year.
3. Use sentences to transition:
For example: Lu Xun's article "Kong Yiji" uses the sentence "Kong Yiji is so happy, but without him, others would just live like this", and even the entire content of Kong Yiji's happy words, Continue to the tragic ending of Kong Yiji.
4. Use paragraphs to connect transitions:
For example: Lu Xun's "From Baicao Garden to Sanwei Bookstore", the first part describes the life in Baicao Garden, and the second part describes the life in Sanwei Bookstore. The content shifts and the span is large, and a transitional paragraph is used in the middle.
