Part 1: Observe the movements of the upper limbs
Pick up the dumbbell on the ground with your left hand and slowly move it to your chest.

Repeat the above actions, and during exercise, touch different parts of the arm with your right hand to feel how the bones, joints and muscles move and change.
Bones, joints and muscles PPT, part 2: recording our observations
Draw an outline of your hand and arm on a recording paper. Label the bones, joints, and muscles on the outline.
Think about it: How are bones, joints, and muscles connected?
Draw the movement changes of joints, bones, and muscles based on your feelings.
When bending the elbow: the upper muscles contract
The muscles below relax
When extending the elbow: the upper muscles relax
The muscles below contract
The upper bones basically don’t move, and the lower bones rotate around the joints.
There is a framework inside the human body, which is composed of bones. An adult's body has 206 bones. Bones have five main functions: shaping the body, supporting the body, moving, protecting internal organs, producing blood cells, and storing certain substances needed by the body.
Each two small bones are connected by a joint. With joints, bones can move in different ways. Joints can be divided into two categories: fixed joints and movable joints.
There are approximately 600 muscles in the human body, and they have different functions. There are three types of muscles in the human body: skeletal muscle, smooth muscle, and cardiac muscle.
Skeletal muscles are the muscles attached to bones that provide the force to move the bones.
Smooth muscle Contains smooth muscle on the inside of some internal organs, such as the stomach wall and blood vessels.
The myocardium is located in the heart. The myocardium never gets tired and can continue to contract.
