The upper bones basically don’t move, and the lower bones rotate around the joints.

There is a framework inside the human body, which is composed of bones. An adult's body has 206 bones. Bones have five main functions: shaping the body, supporting the body, moving, protecting internal organs, producing blood cells, and storing certain substances needed by the body.

Each two small bones are connected by a joint. With joints, bones can move in different ways. Joints can be divided into two categories: fixed joints and movable joints.

There are approximately 600 muscles in the human body, and they have different functions. There are three types of muscles in the human body: skeletal muscle, smooth muscle, and cardiac muscle.

Skeletal muscles are the muscles attached to bones that provide the force to move the bones.

Smooth muscle Contains smooth muscle on the inside of some internal organs, such as the stomach wall and blood vessels.

The myocardium is located in the heart. The myocardium never gets tired and can continue to contract.
