Part 1: Measuring heartbeat and breathing

When your body is in a calm state, measure your heartbeat and breathing rate per minute and record them.

During human movement, a large amount of oxygen needs to be consumed, so the number of breaths is more than usual, and the amount of exhaled and inhaled gas is also larger than usual. Regular exercise will increase our lung capacity and obtain more oxygen.
