wear /weə/ v. wear

Wear can mean "wearing" clothes, or "wearing" glasses, hats, jewelry, etc. It can also mean "leaving (hair, beard, etc.)" and "presenting (a certain look)."

Look in this phrase is a linking verb, meaning "look"; like is a preposition, meaning "like...". The phrase is followed by the ing form of a noun or verb. The synonymous phrase is be like.

advise/əd'vaɪz/ v. advise; advice; suggestion

To “advise someone to do something” you can use advise sb. to do sth., to “advise someone not to do something” you can use advise sb. not to do sth.. The noun corresponding to advise is advice, which is an uncountable noun. If you want to express "a piece of advice", it should be "a piece of advice".

eg: He advised me not to do that.
