Before the public-private partnership in the whole industry, profit distribution was implemented, which was "dividing the fertilizer among the four horses", which was roughly 20.5% for capitalists' dividends, 34.4% for the state, 15% for workers' benefits, and 30% for provident funds.

After the public-private partnership in the entire industry, a fixed-interest system will be adopted: within ten years, the state will issue dividends every year based on the private equity amount approved during the joint venture, with an annual interest rate of 5%, and nationalize the means of production of the exploiting class at a cost.

Rong Yiren—Red Capitalist

Born in Jiangfen in Wuxi in 1916, his father Rong Desheng was a famous patriotic national capitalist in modern China. He was known as the "flour gauze king" because he mainly invested in the flour processing industry and cotton textile industry. In 1937, Rong Yiren entered the enterprise system founded by his father.

In 1956, Rong Yiren handed over his business empire to the government and completed the transformation of it into a public-private partnership.

In 1979, with the support of Deng Xiaoping, Rong Yiren founded "China Zhongji Trust and Investment Company" to take advantage of China's reform and opening up. He used Rong's business methods to control the wind and rain with ease, and Rong Yiren and the country achieved a win-win situation.

From 1993 to 1998, Rong Banren served as Vice President of the People's Republic of China.

Significance: The socialist transformation of agriculture, handicrafts and capitalist industry and commerce has been basically completed, and the task of transforming private ownership of the means of production into socialist public ownership has been achieved.
