Song introduction

"Naxi Yiqi", this symphonic tone poem was completed in the spring of 1984 by the contemporary Chinese composer Zhu Jian'er. In the same year, it was premiered by the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra at the 11th "Shanghai Spring", conducted by Huang Yijun. This work is based on the oral music of the Naxi people in Yunnan. In the second section, the tones of the two themes move up and down minor thirds respectively, and overlap in the key of F, depicting bees flying over the river.

In the third paragraph, the tones of the two themes again move up and down minor thirds respectively. The tonality of the bee (A flat) and the tonality of the river (D) are exactly the interchange of the tones of the two themes in the first paragraph, which means After the bee flew across the river, the "weak" became the "strong", and the seemingly powerful river flow was "conquered" by the little bee.
