About the Author
Johann Strauss (1825-1899), the eldest son of Johann Strauss Sr., was a famous Austrian composer, conductor, violinist and an outstanding representative of the Strauss family. Born in Vienna into a musical family, he has the same name as his father. Known as the "King of Waltz" by the world. In 1844, he formed his own band and played his own and his father's works.
