After 1954, he served as a clarinet player in the Northeast, Shanghai, Central and other radio orchestras. In addition to the orchestral music "Good News from Beijing to the Border Village", which he collaborated with Zheng Lu, the musical works he created include "Happy Labor", "Spring Dawn", "Waltz", etc.
