The third part: is a shortened reproduction of the first part. Due to the reduction of repetitions, the music appears more compact and lively. When the joy reaches its peak, the introduction theme appears, and percussion instruments are added to deepen the rendering of the festive scene. Finally, the band played the second half of the introduction, and the music ended in a boiling atmosphere.

About the author: Li Huanzhi (1919-2000)

Famous Chinese composer. Born in Hong Kong. He loved music since he was a child. In middle school, he was keen to participate in the school's choir class and brass band, and was interested in poetry, literature and other new arts. In addition to the "Spring Festival Suite", his representative works also include the songs "March for the Founding of a Democratic Republic", "Socialism is Good", the guzheng concerto "Fantasy on the Miluo River", the opera "White-Haired Girl" (cooperation) and other works.

Creative background: Since the New Yangko Movement in 1943, the Spring Festival has become a festival for Yan'an literary and artistic workers and the people to meet each other, sing and dance together. It is also a time for the party, government, military and civilians to care for each other and greet each other, and to jointly inspire revolutionary fighting spirit. "Spring Festival Suite" was composed between 1955 and 1956. It is a touching scene of the author celebrating the Spring Festival in Yan'an, a scene of warm joy and unity, friendship and mutual celebration. During the "National Music Week" in 1956, "Spring Festival Suite" came out. This is Li Huanzhi's first large-scale orchestral work.
