Making a timer PPT, part 2: experiment

Let's do the following experiment and actually measure it.

1. Use a pen and ruler to mark the starting and ending points of a 1 cm length on the incense stick, and measure the length of the incense stick.

2. Light the incense. When the incense burns to the starting point, start timing.

3. When the incense stick burns to the end point of 1 cm, stop the timer

4. Record the time it takes to burn.

Measure the time it takes for the incense stick to burn 1 centimeter, and then multiply it by the total length of the incense stick to calculate the time it takes for one stick of incense to burn.
