Part 1: What nutrients do foods contain?

What nutrients do our bodies need for growth and development? What nutrients can we get from a wide variety of foods?

How to identify fat

How to identify starch

Put a drop of iodine on different foods. If you find that the food turns blue, it means that the food contains starch.
