My guess:

Same conditions: same amount of water, same amount of salt and baking soda per portion, stirring at the same time

Different conditions: one cup with salt, one cup with baking soda

Experimental method: 50ml/cup of water, 20g each of salt and baking soda, divide each 2g portion into portions in advance.

Add the same amount of salt and baking soda to the water each time, stir thoroughly, and wait until the first portion of salt or baking soda is completely dissolved before adding the second portion. When it cannot be dissolved, record the number of parts added and compare again.
