This sentence is in the present perfect tense. The present perfect tense expresses the impact or result of an action that occurred or has been completed in the past on the present. It can also express an action or state that has started in the past and continues to the present.

Yet means "still, still, still, already" and is usually used in negative sentences or questions. Its composition is: subject + have/has + past participle + other or in questions, it is mostly used in the present perfect tense and is often placed at the end of the sentence.

2.I haven’t decided which one to write yet.

"Which one to write" in this sentence is a "question word + infinitive" structure used as an object after the verb decided.

3.Compared with poems, stories usually have longer passages.

compared with means "compared with..." and is used as an adverbial phrase for the past participle in the sentence.
