whose is not equal to who's. Whose is the possessive form of who, meaning "whose", and who's is the shortened form of who is, meaning "who is". But whose and who's have the same pronunciation, both are pronounced as "hu:z". Who can be used as a predicate, attributive, etc. in a sentence. like:

whose is used to ask questions about possessive pronouns and possessive nouns:
