Liusha River, formerly known as Yuxuntan. A native of Jintang, Sichuan. Born on November 11, 1931 in Chengdu.
In 1935, he moved back to his hometown on Huaishu Street in Jintang. I studied ancient Chinese as a child and wrote classical Chinese essays. In 1947, he entered the senior high school of Chengdu Provincial Middle School and switched to new literature. In 1948, he began to publish works. In 1949, he entered the Department of Agricultural Chemistry of Sichuan University and became more diligent in writing. In 1950, he served as supplement editor of "Western Sichuan Peasant Newspaper". In 1952, he was transferred to the Sichuan Federation of Literary and Art Circles and served successively as creative writer, editor of "Sichuan Masses" and editor of "Stars".
