1. Collect materials according to the textbook "Task 2" (see textbook P13), refer to the "Technical Tips" (see textbook P15, 16), and write the message. After the writing is completed, students in the group communicate with each other and revise and improve.

2. News is limited by length, timeliness, etc., and more detailed and in-depth reports are often not possible. If you want to comprehensively display news events and news figures, you can also use other news genres.

3. When editing and producing newspapers or news web pages, you must highlight key points, standardize language, coordinate graphics and text, and beautify the layout. After editing, display it in class or grade.

News interviewing and writing PPT, part 3: tips on techniques

News in the narrow sense is also called news, so news is a news style that uses general narrative methods, concise words, and reports recent facts quickly and timely. Generally speaking, the structure of a message includes five parts: title, introduction, body, background and conclusion. When writing, it can be completed according to its structure.

1. Create an eye-catching title

The title of the message is the eye of the full text and must be accurate, concise, novel, and eye-catching. It mainly comes in four forms:

① Theme style. For example: A construction worker in Chongqing went into the river to rescue a child who fell into the water.

②Theme plus shoulder question style. Such as: protecting wild animals and maintaining ecological balance.

③Theme plus subtitle. For example: Beijing's successful bid to host the Winter Olympics (theme) - Xi Jinping and other party and state leaders participated in mass gatherings (subtitle).

④Complete form (theme plus shoulder questions and subtitles). 2. Extract wonderful introductions

The introduction is the focus of message writing. It is the first sentence or paragraph of the message and is used to attract readers to read the following.

There are four types of introductions:

① Narrative style.

Narrative style uses a summary or comprehensive method to briefly describe the freshest and most important facts in the news. For example, "On June 10, 100 poets from Fengjie County gathered in Yidoumen, the old county town, to recite their poems and bid farewell to the ancient city gate with a history of more than a thousand years. This ancient city gate is about to be filled with water when the Three Gorges Reservoir reaches a water level of 135 meters. , sink to the bottom of the river forever." This is the narrative style used.

②Descriptive type.

The descriptive type is a concise description of the main facts or a meaningful aspect of the message. For example: "Thank you teachers! Thank you to my relatives in Beijing..." Yang Wen said the above words when he took a clothes parcel worth 600 yuan from Teacher Jiang.

③Commentary style.

Commentary is to make concise and incisive comments on the reported facts to reveal the nature of things. For example: 2016 is a crucial year for a good start and a good start. Chongqing education must seize opportunities, meet challenges, and do a good job in this year's work from a high starting point and high standards.

④ Questioning style.

The question format is to write the main facts in the form of questions to make the reported issues more pointed and attract the readers' attention. For example: "Why did Deng Shan, whose father is blind and whose mother is frail and sick, only take a note and walk into the school gate? Can this note enable him to enroll in school?"

3. Expand the rich subject

The main body is the body of the message, which expands and supplements the content of the introduction. There are two structural forms:

①Sequence. That is to arrange the levels according to the order of development of things.

②Logical sequence. That is, the hierarchy is arranged according to the logical relationship of things (such as cause and effect, juxtaposition, primary and secondary, point-to-face, etc. relationships).

When writing, you should pay attention to the relationship between the introduction and the main body to avoid two types of problems: the introduction is separated from the main body, that is, the introduction has no connection with the main content, and sometimes is even irrelevant; the introduction repeats the main body, and the introduction is a copy of the main body. Or reprint it to make the news appear repetitive and wordy.

4.Introduction to background and conclusion

The background and conclusion of the message are dispensable content in a message.

Background refers to the historical circumstances and environmental conditions of the facts reported in the news. There are generally three categories: comparative, illustrative, and annotative.

The conclusion refers to the last sentence or paragraph of the message. Some news has already made the facts clear, so there is no need for a conclusion. There are three common ways to conclude:

①Summary summary. For example: "Young student Liu Ke sacrificed his young life to rescue children who fell into the water. He is an example for us to learn from."

②Forecast trend formula. For example: "Wang Yi emphasized that it is the common aspiration of the international community for Iraq to restore peace and stability as soon as possible and embark on the road of reconstruction and development. China will continue to unswervingly support the work of the United Nations."

③Ask a question. For example: "In an interview, a person from the Hebei Provincial Department of Education told reporters worriedly that arbitrary education fees are not easy to rectify, and are inextricably linked to many phenomena. It is like a bottomless black hole. "To make a complete change, we need to work hard on many fronts."

When writing a message, you should also pay attention to:

① Write a good title, and strive to be accurate, concise, novel, eye-catching, and preferably memorable;

② The language expression should be accurate and concise, and strive to "speak with facts";

③ Pay attention to the structure, generally using the "inverted pyramid" style, that is, write the results first, and then write them in order according to the importance of the facts (important, secondary, and again).
