Part One: Getting closer to the author

Ye Shengtao: (1894-1988), a famous writer and educator. He is also a pioneer in the creation of modern Chinese fairy tales. The collection of fairy tales "Scarecrow" has opened up a path of self-creation for Chinese fairy tales.

Main works: "Scarecrow", "Mr. Pan in Difficulty", "Ni Huanzhi", "Three or Five Dou More", etc.

Lotus, also known as lotus, also has many meanings. Gradually, "lotus", the source of food for human survival, became deeply imprinted in the hearts of our ancestors, primitive humans, and became a symbol of human survival. Since the 11th century BC, lotus has entered people's working life and penetrated into people's spiritual world with its practicality.
