"Three Kingdoms" PPT courseware 3 during the Three Kingdoms, Two Jins, Southern and Northern Dynasties period
The collapse of the Eastern Han Dynasty
In the late Eastern Han Dynasty, politics was extremely dark and the people were in dire straits. In 184 AD, the Yellow Turban Army led by Zhang Jiao launched a peasant uprising, which was quickly suppressed. In the process of pacifying the rebel army, several large and small warlords gradually formed. The world was in chaos, and the warlords who separated themselves from one side were fighting for a long time. By the time Emperor Xian of the Han Dynasty, the Eastern Han Dynasty had already existed in name only.
Cao Cao, courtesy name Mengde, was an outstanding statesman, military strategist and poet in ancient my country.
How did Cao Cao's power grow?
(1) Cao Cao was resourceful and wise. When people were worried about the fate of the Han Dynasty, Cao Cao catered to people's hearts and went to Luoyang in 196 to welcome Emperor Xian to Xu.
