Oracle bone inscriptions are a cultural product of the Shang Dynasty (about 17th century BC - 11th century BC), with a history of more than 3,600 years. The rulers of the Shang Dynasty were superstitious about ghosts and gods. In the past, they often used tortoise shells and animal bones to predict good and bad fortunes. Later, they would also engrave matters on the oracle bones, as well as inscriptions or related records that would be fulfilled later. The writing was called oracle bone inscriptions. It has been exactly 100 years since the discovery of inscribed oracle bones at the Yin Ruins in Anyang, Henan in the late Qing Dynasty. Currently, more than 150,000 pieces of oracle bones have been unearthed, most of which are relics of the royal family from Pan Geng's move to Yin to the death of Zhou. Since it came out to the Yin Ruins, it is also called the Yin Xu script; because most of the inscriptions are divination inscriptions, it is also called the Zhen divination script. There are currently 4,500 single characters unearthed in oracle bone inscriptions, of which more than 2,000 characters have been recognized and more than a thousand are recognized. It records the political, economic, cultural and other aspects of Chinese society more than 3,000 years ago.

Chinese characters are beautiful in shape and have very unique aesthetic value. From oracle bone inscriptions to regular script, Chinese characters at each stage present different font styles, forming a beautiful landscape in the history of Chinese culture.

Wang Xizhi (303-361 AD, 321-379 AD), a calligrapher of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, had a small character. Originally from Langya people. When Wang Xizhi was 12 years old, he was taught calligraphy theory by his father. When he was young, he learned calligraphy from the famous female calligrapher Mrs. Wei. After that, he crossed the Yangtze River and traveled to famous mountains in the north, learning from everyone's strengths. He learned from Zhang Zhi, a master of cursive calligraphy, and learned from Zhong Yao in his official calligraphy. Observing and learning the "methods of gathering together people to prepare a family", reaching the height of "Guiyue Group's products are the best in ancient and modern times". Representative works include: "Huang Ting Jing" and "Le Yi Lun" in regular script, "Seventeen Tie" and "Chu Yue Tie" in cursive script, "Aunt Tie", "Sangluan Tie" and "Lanting Collection Preface" in running script.
