Adjectives are used to describe or modify nouns or pronouns, and describe the characteristics or properties of people or things.
Usage: as an attributive:

The position of the adjective in the sentence:
Adjectives used as attributives are usually placed before the word they modify, but when the word being modified is a compound indefinite pronoun, they are placed after the compound indefinite pronoun. Such as: something interesting
Adjectives serve as predicates after the linking verb. In addition to the verb to be, linking verbs also include become, feel, get, look, seem, smell, sound, taste, turn, etc. These words are often followed by adjectives as predicates. For example: The price sounds reasonable.
