What is plain language?

2. Avoid repetition of words when there is no special need for expression.

Whether it is written or oral expression, it cannot always be described in detail without making necessary generalizations. Only by combining necessary narratives and summaries can the expression be concise. Pay special attention to avoid using words with the same or similar meaning at the same time. In order to make the language concise, it is also indispensable to use necessary plural reference elements in expression.

Analysis: In sentence (1), "she" appears three times in a row, making the meaning unclear. In sentence (2), "the whole city" and "this city" appear continuously, resulting in a mixed sentence structure and unclear meaning.

3. Be careful not to pile up words.

I think that the more adjectives are used, the better the writing will be. In fact, this is not the case. When writing an article, you should pay attention to concise terms. The key is to keep the story short and capture the key points.

It should be noted that conciseness cannot be simply based on the number of words. It must be based on the needs of language expression.
