When we use WPS tables, we want to quickly fill in specific sequence styles. For example, we want to quickly fill in the number of weeks, but do not include weekends and rest days. How should we do this?
First, click on the "File" menu in the upper left corner of the WPS form and select "Options." In the pop-up "Options" dialog box, find and click "Custom Sequence".
In "Custom Sequence", you can see some preset sequence formats. If the weekdays you want to fill do not include weekends, you can choose a sequence that does not contain "Saturday" and "Day", such as "Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday".
If you want to customize the sequence, you can enter the sequence you want in the "Enter Sequence" field, such as "Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday" and then click OK.
Later, when you enter "Monday" in a cell in the table and use the drop-down fill handle, the set sequence will be automatically filled in the table, quickly filling in the weekdays without including weekends.
This tip is very practical and can help you save time and improve efficiency at work. Hopefully this tutorial will help you master this technique.
