When we want to perform remote assistance and multi-person editing, we can turn on the WPS collaboration mode with one click.
▪First, we need to log in to the WPS account so that the document can be saved in the cloud for sharing.
▪Taking this presentation as an example, click the "Collaborate" button in the upper right corner of the presentation.
Collaboration documents need to be uploaded to the cloud before they can be accessed and edited by other members.
▪After uploading, enter the collaborative editing page and click on the upper right corner to share it with other members.
Click Create and Share to send the sharing link to members. After members receive the link and click to enter, they can edit the slides with you.
▪In the sharing interface, you can view the members participating in collaborative editing. If you want to remove the member, click Remove.
Removed members will not be able to access or edit documents.
▪In the "History" in the upper right corner, you can view the historical versions and collaboration records of the current document.
Click "Historical Version" to view the historical version saved in the document.
Click "Collaboration Records" to view the collaboration records of the current document.
▪ If you want to return to the WPS client and edit the document in depth, click "WPS Open" to return to the WPS client for editing.
When you switch to the advanced editing state, multiple people cannot edit online at the same time.
