When using software, you must first become familiar with the software's operating interface.
The following is an introduction to the WPS2019 presentation (PPT) operation interface.
￭ The interface can be roughly divided into five parts.
The first part - title bar.
Click the plus sign to create a new document, select "Presentation" - "New Blank Document" to create a new presentation (PPT), the name of the presentation will appear here.
￭ The second part - menu bar.
On the left side of the menu bar, these small icons are the "Quick Access Bar". In the Quick Access Bar , you can quickly perform some basic operations on PPT.
Clicking different tabs in the menu bar will display different operating tools. In the following courses, we will explain the use of each tool to you.
￭ The third part - Slide/Outline pane.
Here you can view all slides and switch slides.
￭ The fourth part - editing area.
Edit the content of your presentation here.
Slide notes are added here.
￭ The fifth part - status bar, view tools.
Can be seen in the status barPPT Number of pages.
The slideshow defaults to "normal view". Adjust whether to display the note master here, and quickly switch between "Slide Browse" and "Reading" views. And create"speech recording" and adjust the "screening method".
You can also adjust the "page zoom ratio" by dragging the scroll bar for quick adjustment. The one on the far right is the "most "Best Display Ratio" button.
