Take this slide as an example. Click on the upper menu bar - View - Slide Master to enter the master editing mode.
The function of inserting master is to insert a new slide master.
The function of inserting layout is to insert a slide master including title style.
Theme, font, color and effect, you can uniformly modify the theme, font, color and effect of all slides.
For example, if we click on the font and select the round font, all slides will be changed to the round font.
￭The function of background is to uniformly change the background of all slides.
For example, we click on the background, select gradient fill in the property box on the right, and select orange in the color scale color.
This way, the background of all slides can be changed uniformly.
It should be noted that using this function on the master can uniformly change the slide background.
If this function is operated on a single non-master slide, only the background of the single slide will be changed.
The function of saving background is to save the set background in the cloud or locally.
￭The function of protecting master is to protect the selected slide master. Clicking protect master we can see that there is a fixed icon on the left side of this master.
Renaming the master is to rename the master.
The master layout can set placeholder elements in the master. If we delete the date in the lower left corner of the master, how should we add it?
Click on the master layout, check the date in the pop-up dialog box, and click OK to add the date.
Click Close to close the slide master view and return to presentation editing mode.
