Below I will teach you four cropping methods to beautify PPT pictures: merge shapes, crop picture shapes, picture fill shapes and creative cropping.

￭Merge shapes.

First, click Insert-Picture on the menu bar above to insert the picture material into the PPT.

Then click Insert-Shape, select the desired shape, and insert it into the PPT.

Finally, click on the picture, press the Ctrl key to click on the shape, select Drawing Tools - Merge Shapes - Intersect, and that's it.

￭Crop the picture shape.

First, click Insert-Picture on the menu bar above to insert the picture material into the PPT.

Click Image Tools - Crop, where you can choose to crop according to shape and crop according to proportion.

Select the desired shape and click Crop to quickly crop the image.

￭Picture filled shapes.

First click Insert-Shape and select the desired shape.

Select Fill-Picture or Texture in the drawing tool and insert the desired picture, so that the picture will be automatically cropped according to the shape.

Click to insert a picture and select the desired creative template in Picture Tools-Creative Cropping.
