At work, sometimes you need to print out PPT for easy viewing.
How to print double-sided PPT on one piece of paper?
▪Taking this slide as an example, click the print button in the upper left corner. Its shortcut key is Ctrl+P.
In the pop-up dialog box, select Printer-Double-Sided Printing, and that's it.
▪How to manually print PPT on both sides?
First we need to print a single page of the PPT,In the print range-slide, enter Print a single page number, such as 1,3,5,7,9.
Click OK to printThe single-page content of the PPT.
▪ Then put the reverse side of the typed paper into the printer, and enter the page number for printing double pages, such as 2,4,6,8,10.
This allows manual double-sided printing of PPT.
