When we print ID photos, we need to go to a special photo studio to print them.

Here's a little trick to teach you how to print ID photos by using WPS demonstration to create PPT.

▪First, create a new blank presentation and delete unnecessary content and text boxes.

▪Click Insert-Shape-Rectangle on the upper menu bar to insert a rectangle.

Then click the drawing tool to modify the height and width of the rectangle.

For example, if we want to print a two-inch photo, change the height to5.3cm, change the width to 3.5cm.

▪Next fill the rectangle with the image.

Click Drawing Tools-Fill-Picture or Texture to fill in the document image that needs to be printed.

▪Finally format the image and use the shortcut keys Shift+Ctrl+C to quickly copy the shape image in parallel.

Click the print button in the upper left corner to print your ID photo.
