When making PPT, we need to first select a suitable slide page size.
The "Design"-"Slide Size" function in the menu bar can quickly adjust the slide size.
￭ Click the drop-down button to set the slideshow to the commonly used standard size 4:3 or widescreen size 16:9.
If you need to set other sizes, you can click "Custom size" for more detailed page settings.
You can also directly click the "Page Settings" button next to it to enter the custom settings window.
￭ In the page settings, you can choose from a variety of preset slide sizes, or you can manually enter the length and width to modify.
Slide starting value, by default, the slide starting number is 1.
If you want to change, you can enter a number here, click OK, and you can see on the right that the starting number value of the slide has changed.
￭ Paper size is the paper page size used when slides are printed.
Here you can also adjust the orientation of the slides to portrait or landscape, and the orientation of notes, handouts, and outlines can also be set here.
