On the 7th of that month, he purchased a children’s digital thermometer from the “Alibaba Health Pharmacy” on Taobao App with a price tag of 109.9 yuan. After deducting red envelopes and other discounts, he actually paid 65.23 yuan. After payment and delivery, he started using it on his baby in November. Unexpectedly, after using it less than 10 times, the screen of this electronic thermometer began to display garbled characters.
The reporter can see from the photos sent by Mr. Yin that the thermometer cannot display the numbers completely. The two Arabic numerals are either "missing a vertical line" here or "missing a horizontal line" there. They can only "base on experience", roughly. Guess the displayed result is "36℃".

However, when he contacted the official customer service, no one responded for a long time, which made him even more angry and annoyed. Mr. Yin sent reporters his chat records with the customer service of "Alibaba Health Pharmacy". The reporter saw that several messages he sent were in "unread" status.
The reporter called Taobao’s customer service hotline regarding this matter. After recording what happened and Mr. Yin’s contact information, a staff member said that a dedicated staff member would verify it and help solve the problem.
