Attentive residents may have noticed that there is an additional blue public notice board on the wall at the entrance to the first floor of each building unit. This is what I want to introduce to you today - the property bulletin board.

The content in the bulletin board mainly consists of two parts.

The second part is the main part of the bulletin board, which is divided into three small parts. The "supervision desk" displays the photos and names of the cleaning staff serving the unit. After the upgrade, the names of the grid chief, coordinator, and building director will also be displayed. Photos, names and other information are published on it to facilitate residents to understand the situation of the grid and enhance mutual understanding and familiarity, so as to better communicate, coordinate and provide services.
The "Property Service Standards" section introduces the service content of the property to residents. Everyone can supervise the work of the property company based on the content of this section.
The upper part of the bulletin board on the right is used to post some important notices, documents, etc.; the lower part is the contact number of some emergency departments that are closely related to our daily lives, including fire alarm, alarm, medical emergency, water, electricity, heating, gas emergency repair, Community convenience service hotline, Yatou Street Property Management Office, Municipal Property Office service supervision and complaint hotline, etc.
Although the bulletin board is small, its content is very important. By learning to use the bulletin board correctly, residents can get more convenience in their lives. They no longer need to ask for help when they encounter problems. A phone call can easily solve life problems.
