Grids are very powerful. We can use document grids to help us with typesetting, and we can also use drawing grids to help We draw.

￭ First, open the "Page Setup" tab in "Page Layout" and select "Document Grid".

￭ In "Text Arrangement" you can set the text to be arranged "horizontally" or "vertically".

￭ In the grid settings, four options are visible, which can be selected according to needs.

For example, select "Specify rows and character grid", set the characters of each row in "Character", and "Set the number of rows per page.

So how to set the drawing grid?

￭ In the "Document Grid" settings, click Drawing Grid.

Set the alignment, grid spacing, and starting point, Check "Show grid on screen" Grid" to set the grid spacing.

Click OK to view the set grid lines in the document.
