We can see that the header of this document is inconsistent. If you want the header of every page of the document to be the same, how should you set it?
▪Click the "Insert" tab-"Header and Footer" button to enter the header editing interface.
Place the cursor at the header of the second section, click the "Header and Footer Options" function, and check the "Same as previous section" option.
In this way, the header of the second section will remain the same as the header of the previous section.
▪If there are too many sections in the document, you cannot check the "Same as previous section" option one by one to achieve a unified header.
You can quickly unify the header by deleting sections.
Use the replacement shortcut Ctrl+H to quickly open the "Replace" function pop-up window, enter "Special Format" - "Section Break" in "Find Content", and enter "Replace" Do not enter anything in "", so that you can quickly delete the section breaks in the document.
▪After deleting the section breaks, adjust the header text so that the header will be the same on every page of the document.
The function of "Same as previous section" is to keep the current section consistent with the previous section.
If there are no sections in the document, or the current mouse position is in the first section (that is, there is no previous section), the "Same as previous section" function and option will be grayed out Status.
